Senior/Executive, Lease Management (Arrears)

Job Purpose

To oversee end-to-end arrears management for advertising revenue, ensuring effective credit control and risk mitigation.  

Responsibilities

•    Review and manage aging reports and high-risk accounts.
•    Handle escalated and disputed advertiser / agency accounts.
•    Recommend actions such as credit suspension or legal follow-up.
•    Supervise officers and ensure adherence to SOPs.
•    Prepare arrears reports and support process improvements.

Qualifications & Work Experience

•    Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
•    5 years’ experience in credit control or commercial receivables.
•    Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
•    Experience in B2B or media / advertising industry preferred.
