Senior/Executive, Programmatic
Job Purpose
Stellar Ace is one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in Singapore, offering integrated online to offline outreach via our omnichannel platforms across bus shelters, MRT stations, malls, and residential areas islandwide.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and track regional partnerships with brands and/or vendor partners on key campaign activities inclusive of campaign packaging and asset readiness, timely campaign launches, delivery & optimization, and client reporting.
- Responsible for timely sales reporting and forecasting. Track sales performance, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and report on key metrics (e.g., pipeline growth, conversion rates) to senior management.
- Lead the external vendor relationship in the region, ensuring timely day-to-day support, load balancing, in alignment with Stellar Ace’s revenue generating objectives.
- Monitor overall delivery performance, inclusive of risk reporting, spend monitoring to drive optimization suggestions, mitigate risk and performance-based outcomes for our advertisers.
- Serve as the first line of escalation for campaign troubleshooting, escalating to respective stakeholders if the issue requires product or engineering investigation.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all pre to post-sale processes tied to campaign management.

Qualifications & Work Experience
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital or advertising industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferably holds foundational knowledge of the advertising and AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.
- Client-Facing Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills
Analytical mindset, proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft excel, powerpoint), and fluency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous.
