Site Supervisor

Job Purpose
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site maintenance and operations of bus and taxi shelters, including related infrastructure and advertising inventories. This role involves coordinating with both internal teams and external contractors to ensure effective upkeep and service continuity for Stellar Ace Outdoor business operations.
Note: This position is predominantly a night shift role (mainly PM/ evening/ night), though flexibility to work other shifts may be required depending on operational needs
Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance and cleaning works with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Supervise daily maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure high availability and reliability of outdoor advertising equipment.
- Monitor, inspect, and verify the quality and progress of maintenance and cleaning tasks performed by contractors.
- Conduct regular site audits and checks to ensure proper standards are maintained.
Feedback & Response
- Respond promptly to feedback and complaints from the public, authorities, and stakeholders concerning the condition, cleanliness, or safety of shelters and related facilities.
- Coordinate rectification works with contractors and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
- Support and manage feedback-related activities concerning advertising panels or mediums at bus shelters, taxi stands, overhead bridges, and linkways.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure advertising infrastructure is maintained to required standards.
- Provide technical input when addressing feedback related to advertising equipment functionality or placement.
Technical Support
- Conduct fault analysis and investigations on civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Lead recovery and rectification efforts for system faults and breakdowns.
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support for outdoor advertising equipment.
- Oversee projects related to equipment modifications, retrofitting, and improvements in maintenance procedures.
- Implement and update standard operating procedures and safety protocols related to equipment and electrical systems.
- Manage minor projects and site works associated with shelters and related infrastructure.
- Prepare and submit technical and project-related reports to internal management and relevant authorities.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building and Estate Management, or a related field. (Higher NITEC with relevant experiences can be considered too)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supervision of maintenance works, including painting, structural upkeep, and traffic management.
- Possession of a valid BCA Certificate in General Maintenance and Cleaning or a related discipline.
- Class 3 driving license is required.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to high standards of performance.
- Confident and capable in managing contractors and coordinating with external parties.
