Specialist, Recruitment (1 year contract)

 

Job Purpose

 

We are looking for a Specialist, Recruitment (1 Year Contract) to support our expanding business and hiring plans, with a primary focus on the high-volume recruitment of non-executives / blue collar workers.
The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from start-to-end and support mass hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

•    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, salary negotiation, offer management and onboarding.
•    Post vacancies and source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and other channels.
•    Screen applications and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
•    Drive high-volume recruitment to meet monthly hiring targets.
•    Support weekly recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews, hiring drives and other mass recruitment, initiatives, including on-site weekend events where required.
•    Keep candidates engaged and follow through with them promptly throughout the recruitment journey.
•    Support document collection, onboarding activities and other recruitment/HR initiatives as required.
•    Conduct onboarding orientation and induction for new joiners
•    Maintain accurate recruitment records and create personnel file prior to onboarding, track KPIs and support recruitment reporting.
•    Work closely with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and proactively address and resolve issues. 

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

•    Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
•    At least 2 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.

Skills

 

•    Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills, with experience using job portals and recruitment platforms.
•    Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and a high volume of candidates in a target-driven environment.
•    Creative, proactive and willing to try new recruitment methods to attract candidates.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Experience with SuccessFactors/ATS and Microsoft Lists or Power BI would be an advantage.
•    Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and fair employment practices.
•    Meticulous, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•    Willing to work weekends when required for recruitment events.
