Station Supervisor, Sentosa Express
Job Purpose
The Station Supervisor is to lead the team of Operation staff for daily operations and to be the Person-In-Charge (PIC) for all incidents/complaints on site.
Responsibilities
- To supervise the team of Station Staff and Service Captains for day-to-day operations
- To plan the duty rosters
- To arrange for coverage of staff for absenteeism
- To be the PIC for incident handling and control on site
- To liaise with the Duty Officer for the handling of train service delays or incidents
- To monitor staff on site and to ensure that they perform their duties diligently
- To handle passengers’ feedback or complaints
- To be the PIC of the crowd control plan and to deploy staff during activation
- To submit all necessary reports during the shift
- To perform 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
Qualifications & Work Experience
NITEC or equivalent with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
Skills
- Working experience in a frontline customer service industry and ability to work under stressful situations.
- Possess experience in managing a group of staff, enjoys communicating with people from all levels.
- Able to calmly respond, handle and resolve operational issues and incidents.
- Able to multi-task effectively when responding to operation requirements.
