Supervisor, Contracts & Log Support

Responsibilities

• Monitor capital and operating expenditure (Capex & Opex) spending within approved budget.
• Extract SAP FI data and collate monthly performance reports (OPEX).
• Check Finance transactions to ensure costs are correctly charged to the right general ledger (GL) code and Cost Centre. Arrange for reclassification if needed.
• Highlight any over/under spending budget versus actual.
• Provide report to aid Quarterly Budget Review to Management.
• Submit relevant supporting documents to Finance for monthly and yearly accruals.
• Prepare Intercompany RFI with supporting docs to aid approval/payment process.
• Consolidate and check budget template for annual budget exercise.
• Follow up with user on budget submission within timeline.
• Coordinate and obtain payment approval for Finance to pay on time.
• Attend to queries on Finance related matters such as budget, Capex expenditure and guidelines.
• Follow up for any unpaid invoices.
• Update FPM approval authority listing.
• Assist in SAP MM annual user review exercise.
• Any other appointment/tasks assigned 

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in Finance or Accounting fields.
• GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in related fields.

Skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently or in a team
