Supervisor, HRBP Strides (1-year contract)
Job Purpose
The HR Supervisor will support the HR functions of Strides Holdings, with a primary focus on administration and data management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to consolidate relevant workforce data.
- Organise and verify data for consistency and error.
- Transfer data from offline records to HR enterprise system.
- Coordinate and support workforce in performing administrative transactions.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Relevant experience in HR administration
Skills
Technical skills include:
- Familiarity with SAP HR is added advantage
- Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Generic skills include:
- Able to work independently and part of the team.
- Meticulous and attention to detail
