Supervisor, Operations & Admin
Job Purpose
The Supervisor will be responsible for managing clients’ requests for transport services and follow through to communicate with internal and external resources to fulfil requirements. He/she would be the liaison person for clients and resource providers, including handling of billing and payment.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
• Able to understand clients’ requirements quickly and communicate with internal and external parties for the required resources
• Diligently monitor clients’ orders and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of orders
• Liaise with clients and resource providers on billing matters and prompt payments
• Meticulous with numbers and competent with Excel
• Able to perform data entry duties and handle administrative tasks assigned
• Understanding of billing process preferred
Qualifications & Work Experience
• ‘A’ level/Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience in transport or logistics industry is preferred
Skills
Technical skills include:
• Strong written and oral communication skills to interact professionally across functional teams and multiple levels within the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Generic skills include:

• Willingness to make calls outside office hours preferred
