Supervisor, Payroll (2-years contract)
Job Purpose
This role involves overseeing and managing the payroll process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of monthly and bi-monthly payroll independently.
- Conduct thorough checks on time sheets, payments, and related documents to ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
- Reconcile discrepancies in payroll information and documentation promptly.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies.
- Handle CPF submissions for all companies via CPF website and Crimson Logic.
- Prepare and submit IR8A, IR8E, IR21 (via IRAS and Crimson Logic), Profamily leave claims, and NS make-up pay.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding payroll matters, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Take charge of all other aspects related to payroll functions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Drive process enhancement initiatives to improve payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to retrieve/generate data and update payment items.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma or higher with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage responsibilities.
Skills
Technical skills include:
- Proficient in SAP / SuccessFactors Payroll system.
Generic skills include:
- Detail-oriented, Resourceful, customer-focused, and meticulous.
- Demonstrates maturity and professionalism in handling responsibilities autonomously.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
