Job Purpose
The staff will be responsible for supporting the implementation of onboarding and continual learning programmes, such as STEP-IN, STEP-UP, PG Cert, LEAP, and Leadership development courses. The staff is also required to support tasks related to budget management.
Responsibilities
Course & Grant Administration
Support end-to-end administrative tasks related to onboarding, leadership and continual learning programmes. This includes various modes of training such as in-person training, digital learning, home-based learning, and workplace learning.
a) Course Administration: Liaising and coordinating with relevant internal/external stakeholders/training providers/coordinators on learning admin tasks such as trainee nomination process, curriculum assignment, course scheduling, course logistics (e.g. venue) arrangement, registration of trainees, attendance preparation, processing of course invoices, updating of learning records in the Learning Management System (LMS), monitoring completion status.
b) Grant Administration: Assist in training grant applications and related administrative support.

Qualifications & Work Experience
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline from a recognized polytechnic
- Relevant administration experience preferably in a training environment
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
- Familiarity with using SAP, ARIBA, SuccessFactors and Training Partners Gateway preferred
Skills
Technical skills include:
- Ability in navigating and operating online course registration and grants application websites/portals and internal IT and LMS systems.
- Basic operational and preferably some troubleshooting knowledge of IT related equipment
- Possess high level of personal effectiveness, attention to detail and impeccable follow through
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, working well under pressure and short timelines
- Result-oriented and exceptional problem-solving skills to address existing challenges to achieve sustainable and impactful results
