Supervisor, Sponsorships
Job Purpose
The Supervisor, Sponsorships role is responsible for the end-to-end management of all sponsorship activities, overseeing both internal/external business stakeholders and internal administrative support.
Responsibilities
Sponsorship Execution (Providing end-to-end support to sponsorships & campaigns)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on sponsorship request matters.
- Monitoring of LTA NRFF Entitlements - Work closely with stakeholders on their NRFF entitlement.
- Ensure end-to-end support of the sponsorship/campaign request. This includes preparation of sponsorship proposal, production and liaison with client.
- Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
Sponsorship Administration & Operations (Internal Compliance & Support)
- Prepare all the paperwork and ensure all are in order. This will include working closely with clients and media ops team on the contract, artwork, and installation, raise late amendments or cancellations of the media confirmation (if necessary) and send proof of posting to clients.
- Proactively manage the procurement of premiums and promotional items.
- Support the documentation of all expenditure to ensure strict adherence to the organisation’s procurement policies.
- Other ad-hoc duties when required.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Preferably minimum O-Level qualification with 5 years of relevant marketing and sponsorship experience

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong organisational skills and be comfortable managing multiple timelines and tasks simultaneously.
- Highly meticulous with a keen eye for detail in all administrative and operational tasks.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and is a proactive problem solver.
