Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be involved in talent sourcing and attracting candidates to join SMRT. You will collaborate with the hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and recruit candidates using various channels and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and HR business partners to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Manage and execute the entire recruitment process from job requisition, job advertisement to offer and acceptance.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates from the applicant pool as well as other channels and platforms including job fairs.
- Conduct interviews to recruit the right talents at the right time.
- Act as a point of contact with regard to recruitment matters.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with agency.
- Some experience with large scale recruitment and overseas recruitment of bargainable staff would be advantageous.
Skills
Technical skills include:
- Familiar with the different channels and platform for candidate sourcing purpose (e.g. Boolean search in LinkedIn to identify & engage passive candidates)
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations in Singapore.
