Tenant Engagement Officer

Job Purpose

 

The Tenant Engagement Officer is responsible for planning, organising, and managing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and tenant-related initiatives. This role ensures alignment with corporate objectives and guidelines, fostering strong tenant relationships and enhancing engagement.

 

Responsibilities


a. Tenant Management

  • Maintain an updated database of tenant information, including contact details, categories, and asset information
  • Organise and store tenant assets in shared drives, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Upload tenant assets onto the website and other relevant platforms.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new tenants by: 
    • Obtaining contact details from the leasing team.
    • Sending welcome emails with engagement session registration links.
  • Ensure online shop directory listings are accurate, complete with logos and images. 
    • Coordinate with tenants to obtain missing assets via email, calls, or site visits.
    • Maintain high standards for asset quality.
  • Manage tenant promotions by: 
    • Verifying images, details, and mechanics for publication.
    • Organizing monthly email blasts to solicit promotions.
    • Keeping published promotional information accurate and up to date.
       

b. Tenant Engagement

  • Coordinate engagement sessions between management and key tenants
  • Organise annual tenant engagement events and partner-sponsored initiatives.
     

c. Tenant Asset Acquisition

  • Collect tenant assets through various channels, including email, calls, and site visits.
  • Track and consolidate the status of asset acquisition.
  • Ensure assets are properly filed internally and shared for public use.
     

d. Tenant Promotion Management

  • Facilitate monthly tenant promotion submissions.
  • Oversee the publication of submitted promotions on the website.
  • Monitor and update promotion statuses to ensure validity.
     

e. Tenant Advertising Support Package

  • Ensure new and renewing tenants receive their advertising support package.
  • Highlight new and renewing tenants through advertising initiatives.

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

  • Diploma in events management / business management or any related fields
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1 - 2 years of customer service and managing tenants would be ideal

Skills

 

  • Strong Communication Skills: Clearly articulate processes, requirements, and objectives to tenants.
  • Organisational Expertise: Efficiently manage and track tenant submissions, filing, and updates.
  • Marketing Proficiency: Background in marketing with demonstrated experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Design Capabilities: Basic graphic design skills to create promotional materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent platforms.
  • Bilingual Capability: Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking tenants.
