Warehouse Operations Executive
Job Purpose
The Senior Executive / Executive is responsible for the efficient and effective warehouse management and operation at the facility. He/ She is also responsible for developing plans to monitor and optimise storage utilisation levels, implementing quality programmes and using data analytics to review efficiency of the warehouse storage and layout plans. Analytical and logical, he is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, and to assist in the management of the warehouse operations department.
Responsibilities
- Perform Warehousing Management
- Perform Business Continuous Improvement Activities
- Perform Material Handling and Delivery Tasks
- Perform Safety and Health Tasks Engagement with Internal and External Stakeholders
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience.
Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or supply chain related work experience. Knowledge in SAP preferred.
- Basic Microsoft skill in Excel, PowerPoint, Words, Access, Power BI etc.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements and risk management expectations related to supply chain.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain with good working relationships with vendor, business partner and regulatory, influence decisions and collaborate effectively across the organization.
