Executive/Senior Executive, IDMS

Job Purpose

Support the day-to-day operation of the organisation’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with basic IAM knowledge who are keen to build practical experience in identity administration, the Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle, access reviews, system monitoring, and IAM integrations. Guidance and on-the-job learning will be provided to help the successful candidate develop a strong understanding of the organisation’s IAM framework, platforms, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing daily discovery and provisioning logs, follow up on exceptions, and support the resolution of failures.
• Support Joiner–Mover–Leaver activities, including account provisioning, access changes, and offboarding or deprovisioning.
• Assist in coordinating periodic access reviews and recertification exercises, including following up on outstanding actions.
• Support requirements gathering, testing, and validation for the onboarding and integration of new systems.
• Learn to read logs, perform basic troubleshooting, and trace issues across connected systems with guidance from the team.
• Communicate with HR, end users, and technical teams, and help maintain procedures, records, and runbooks.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IAM principles, identity administration, IT security operations, or the Joiner–Mover–Leaver lifecycle.
• Basic knowledge of C#/.NET, PowerShell, REST/JSON APIs, or other scripting and integration technologies is an advantage.
• General awareness of audit, compliance, access governance, or IT service management concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior work experience is not required. Internship, academic project, or hands-on exposure to IAM, IT support, cybersecurity, or system administration will be considered an advantage.

Skills

• Basic understanding of IAM concepts, such as the Joiner–Mover–Leaver lifecycle, user provisioning and deprovisioning, Role-Based Access Control, access reviews, and Segregation of Duties.
• Basic awareness of directory and identity services, such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or LDAP.
• General understanding of system integration, authentication, identity provisioning, and access management workflows.
• Willingness to learn how to test and validate IAM integrations, provisioning processes, and access workflows.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to investigate issues.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability and interest to learn new IAM platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of C#/.NET, PowerShell, scripting, or REST/JSON APIs is an advantage. Advanced proficiency is not required.
• Basic awareness of audit, compliance, and access governance requirements.
