Senior Manager, Plans & Governance
Job Purpose
Senior Manager, Plans & Governance will be responsible in plans, strategies, systems, governance, and technical training in Automotive Services. He or she will also be the BU Management Representatives for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, and ISO55001.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and monitor strategies, work plans, budget, risk management, perform management reporting, industry benchmarking, as well as analytics support.
- Strengthen governance and manage efficient management systems in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, and ISO55001 standards.
- Ensure efficient technical training to improve staff competency and maintain approved training status from ITE, WSG, and IMI.
- Develop business plan on new business growth area and ensure compliance with internal and external procedures.
- Involve in ad-hoc strategic and operational projects.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 year of relevant experience in automotive industry.
Skills
Technical skills include:
- Knowledge in automotive and electric vehicle industry
- Knowledge in training industry (SFw, ITE ATC, etc.)
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, and ISO55001
- Familiarity with business planning, budgeting, financial modeling, and risk analysis process
- Excellent in report writing, numerical analysis, and presentation
